Our Team

Doug Bullock serves as the Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church since April, 2025. Growing up in a pastor's home, Doug developed an early appreciation for the ministry and the importance of the local church. A graduate of West Coast Baptist College (2010), Doug has dedicated his life to serving the Lord and helping others grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Following graduation, Doug served as Youth Pastor at Front Range Baptist Church in Fort Collins, Colorado. He later served for five years as Head of Promotions at Pensacola Christian College before following the Lord's direction to Lighthouse Baptist Church.

Doug has a heart for preaching and teaching the Word of God, reaching people with the Gospel, investing in families, and helping believers grow in their walk with the Lord. He believes the local church should be a place where people find biblical truth, genuine relationships, encouragement, and a welcoming church family. His desire is to see Lighthouse faithfully serve the Lord, make a difference in the community, and point people to the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Doug and his wife, Amber, were married in June 2009 and are blessed with three children: Taylor, Jackson, and Lance. Family is an important part of Doug's life, and he enjoys spending time together and making memories with them.

When he isn't at church, Doug enjoys all things sports. He is an avid Atlanta Braves and Ohio State Buckeyes fan, and especially enjoys playing golf and pickleball.

Doug considers it a privilege to serve the Lord and pastor the people of Lighthouse Baptist Church. His philosophy of ministry is reflected in the church's motto: Love God, Love Others, Love Life.
